Process
Process optimisation is about finding the source of the information that is being processed and clarifying how the information flows through data, system and work processes.
How do you ensure quality and efficiency?
Process optimisation is about finding the source of the information that is being processed and clarifying how the information flows through data, system and work processes.
We have developed Advizion Process ModelTM, which makes a distinction between the conditions that are critical in order to optimize a process and the conditions that support optimization of the process. The structure in the model builds on our experience in processes in Danish and international businesses and our approach to quality assurance - that quality assurance at the earliest possible stage of the process ensures quality and efficiency of the overall process and thus of the organisation's results.
The critical conditions include data flows, system and work processes as well as quality assurance. It is decisive that these are in place for a process to work optimally.
When the critical conditions are in place, it is important that the process will be supported by strong communication, relevant skills, sufficient process documentation and an organisation supporting a high level of quality and efficiency in the overall process in the best possible way.
